About Me
Hi, I'm Shelby, a strategist who bridges the gap between big ideas and the details that bring them to life.
With a background in project management and process improvement, I’ve spent the last decade designing and delivering high-impact programs in high-stakes environments. I’ve led efforts that expanded access to the ballot for military and overseas voters, created inclusive voting programs for people with disabilities and incarcerated individuals, and strengthened election integrity through cross-functional collaboration and smart, scalable systems.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that government can, and should, work better for the people it serves. That’s why I help organizations adapt, innovate, and connect in ways that create lasting impact.

I’m endlessly curious—about how people, culture, and the systems that shape our daily lives. Travel pushes me to see from new angles. Getting lost in a book, especially the kind that stretches the imagination, keeps me inspired. And grounding moments with my favorite people help me stay present and grateful.
When I’m not working, I’m usually reconnecting with nature, in the kitchen trying something new, or sharing quiet moments at home with my partner Sam and our very chatty cat, Boots.
